Nonviolent Communication: Learning and Practice Workshop

Nonviolent Communication - Learning and Practice Workshop

This workshop is focused on learning and practicing the fundamentals of nonviolent communication techniques. Together, this group will explore the transformative principles of compassionate communication. Participants learn and engage in discussion and practice aimed at fostering empathy, deepening self-awareness, communicating to meet personal needs while seeking to meet the needs of others, and refining nonviolent communication skills.

Through shared insights and real-life scenarios, this group will explore the core concepts of observing without judgment, identifying emotions and needs, and expressing oneself honestly yet empathetically. This dynamic group environment cultivates a supportive space where members learn to navigate conflicts, forge connections, and contribute to a more harmonious and understanding world.
