*SACRED* is a collection of six individual retreats designed to guide you through a full day of replenishing rest, reflection, and intimate time in the presence of God. Each retreat is written to guide your personal time.

Sample Retreat Schedule

Every full SACRED retreat will have three core movements. These movements are what we have divided into different retreat "sessions". Depending on the time you have for your personal retreat, take some time to plan out how you might best arrange your time. Below are two example retreat plans for a weekend retreat and a 1-Day retreat. Use these as guides, but in the end, do what works for what you need. We've prepared these retreats to be flexible and easy to translate into any time/space arrangement.
